Tasked with creating a standout Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant for Manchester’s culinary elite — the concept merges the region’s rich tradition of open-flame cooking with the city’s vibrant dining culture. 600 is named after the ideal grilling temperature and its symbolic significance in Middle Eastern heritage, representing ‘Eternal Good.’ The result is a space where fire infuses every detail, from bold cuisine and crafted cocktails to the warmth of hospitality.

The interior design combines Middle Eastern textures with contemporary elements, divided into distinct zones that offer unique guest experiences. From the lush feature entrance with dramatic DJ waterfall to the vibrant open kitchen and intimate private dining room, each area is meticulously curated. Unifying materials and a seamless flow ensure a cohesive journey, setting a new benchmark in Manchester’s competitive dining scene.

Project completion 2025.
