The concept behind Brood is simple — bring together the best regional craft beers, locally sourced free-range rotisserie-grilled chicken, combine it with the sophistication of expertly crafted cocktails, and serve in a casual yet contemporary environment.

After establishing the brand name, which reflects the core offerings, I developed a unique visual identity system, and a refined industrial-inspired guest experience that stands out amidst the crowded high street.
