Founded in 1944, Lina Stores is a classic Italian delicatessen nestled in London’s Soho — as part of Lina’s international expansion, the brand has secured a prime ground-floor location at the Somerset West Bay Hotel in Doha.

In collaboration with the White Rabbit Investment Fund, the objective was to design a restaurant space that maximises its footprint and commercial potential. This involved catering to various dayparts, hotel guests, and passing trade. Central to the project was the preservation of Lina Stores’ authentic Italian heritage and brand legacy — ensuring a seamless integration into the new Qatar location. With effortless Italian charm and genuine menus, the focus remained on enhancing both the brand and the guest experience.
