F&B Experience

From 1920 to 1933, the prohibition of alcohol sales in the U.S. sparked the rise of clandestine drinking dens. The brief was to create a contemporary version of such a speakeasy, hidden in the heart of the city.

My involvement in the project began from the ground up. I assisted in locating and securing the underground bar space, developed the bar’s name and brand identity, and defined the interior and guest experience. Additionally, I contributed to creating signature prohibition-era cocktails, supported by ‘hidden’ marketing campaigns designed to engage and intrigue guests.

The Bootlegger was named in the prestigious ‘World’s Best Bars’ shortlist.
